By renting or using any jet ski or watercraft from Velocity Watersports, you acknowledge and understand that participation in water sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, collisions, weather conditions, equipment failure, and personal injury. You assume full responsibility for your actions and the risks associated with operating the watercraft.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the rental equipment, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or death. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or legal actions.
Rental Requirements & Responsibilities
All renter must meet the minimum age requirements and provide valid identification.
Renters must comply with all local, state, and federal boating laws. The operator must complete a safety briefing before using the jet ski.
The renter is financially responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the rental equipment.
Operating a jet ski under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
